Rajiv Shah has over 30+ years of work experience. He has worked around the globe and played several roles over the years from entrepreneur, developer, educator, CTO, Service Line Head, and finally as Enterprise Strategy Architect. His primary focus has been on driving change interventions. His interest in the human dynamics aspect of organizations motivated him to do a Master in Organizational Psychodynamics from the University of Essex, UK. This brought together all he had been practicing through his career and laid the foundation for this new and more focused area of work he is now engaged in.
He has also co-authored several books and contributed to magazines.
